Not a winner a our house. . . totally bland. We did add leftover Easter lamb so perhaps more spices.

This tastes wonderful! And is easy. However, my husband and my "senior bodies" could not deal with that much curry, nor is it our taste to have it that spicy so in the half recipe I made (cut the recipe in half) I used a heaping teaspoon. It turned out perfect for us and we loved it. I had this over whole grain rotini pasta, since that is what I had on hand. I added a bit of our homegrown chopped green pepper to it as well.

This was really easy and tasty-had a good amount of spice. My toddler didn't like it. I was hoping to FINALLY find a meal that we could all eat together instead of me making two separate meals.

This is good. I found the flavor to be weak, so I added some red pepper flakes. I don't know why you would use boring plain yogurt, so I went with vanilla. I look forward to making it again and tinkering with spices and other ingredients. I also think this tastes better the next day as leftovers.

This is definitely one of our favorite dishes. Being Indian, I make a few substitutions. Curry powder is basically a combination of different spices. I like to use them separately instead of curry powder, this way I can use more or less of any one to bring out a particular flavor. So, I use 1 tsp Garam Masala, 1 tsp Cumin powder,1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder, a few cloves, a few curry leaves, a piece of cinnamon, one chopped Jalapeno (to spice it up) in the oil while frying the onions. Lastly,I use the fresh chick peas not canned. Soak for 2 hours & pressure for 20 mins. This is unbelievable, once you've had the fresh chick peas, you'll never eat the canned stuff again. With Naan, Basmatie rice & plain low fat yogurt on the side, this is like Nirvana to me.

Very tasty, though I too bumped up the spices a little, including a few red pepper flakes. My vegetarian son loved it, and I took the last small portion to work, where its scent while heating in the microwave made everyone jealous. I had to promise to make a batch and bring it in to share.

This dish was my second vegetarian meal and my family loved it!! I took the other reviewers advice and doubled the onion, garlic, gingerroot and curry and it was fantastic!! I didnt have fire roasted tomatoes on hand so I used diced tom's with roasted garlic instead. will be making this again for sure!!

My family really enjoyed this vegetarian dish. I think everyone is right that it needs a little more curry. And the house smelled so good all evening! Thanks
