This has been a family favorite for as long as ic an remember and its funny because i learned of it in Girl Scouts when i was little as a matter of fact it was the very first thing i learned how to make! We called it Puppy Chow!! I have heard it called many things and the bet name by far has been from my 9 year old daughter Jenni-Sue she has been making it with me since she learned how to talk and her name for it has gone from nom, nom, nom mommy to simply Delisioso lol!! Thank you so much for making this connection with so many great people nd food ideas!!

Truly a quick recipe. Just made these with my mom. She'd never had them before. We enjoyed a few with a cup of milk before packing them away. A Christmas Eve surprise for my kiddos. Next time I plan to try them with milk chocolate, butterscotch chips or even heath bits. Tip: These would be the perfect confection to make when your child comes home and needs to bring treats for a bake sale!

Family tradition...until recently I didn't know it was called Muddy Buddies. I've been making this since the 60's when I was a Brownie in the Girl Scouts...we called it "Puppy Chow". My daughter got into a disagreement with a friend over he name,that's how we found out the other name.

A family favorite! I remember eating this growing up as a child and now am recreating the tradition for my family! My 2-yr-old helped me with it today. It is also my husband's office party favorite, I am asked to make it every year!

It did not taste as good as when my friend makes them.Also i did not have enough sugar so that is the other reason why it did not taste as good.

Wonder if I did something wrong. 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar didnt even come close to coating my chex. I think I used about another cup or so. Other than that.. my bf is gonna be groveling at my feet tonight :) His all time favorite treat
