Using ingredients you can find in the pantry, pull together a satisfyingly sweet and salty snack, using MultiGrain Cheerios Peanut Butter cereal, Cinnamon Chex cereal and Betty Crocker™ fruit-flavored snacks.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups MultiGrain Cheerios™ Peanut Butter cereal
  • 3 cups Cinnamon Chex™ cereal
  • 2 cups thin pretzel sticks, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup Betty Crocker™ fruit-flavored snacks
  • 1 bag (12 oz) white vanilla baking chips (2 cups)

Steps

    In large bowl, mix cereals, pretzels and fruit snacks.

    In small microwavable bowl, microwave baking chips uncovered on High in 30-second increments, stirring until chips are melted and smooth. Pour over cereal mixture and stir until well coated.

    Spread mixture in single layer on sheet of waxed paper or cooking parchment paper. Let stand until hardened.

    In this mix, use your favorite shapes and colors of fruit-flavored snacks.

    For a more adult snack, substitute dried cranberries or cherries for the fruit snacks.

    You can skip the white chips and just stir together the other ingredients, then enjoy right away.
