Rasberries and almonds are two of my favorite things, and these were delicious! My boyfriend ate 5 the first time I made them, he said "Seriously, its the best thing I've ever eaten in my life." He loves dessert and this will added to my top recipes list. I followed the recipe exactly and lined the bottom of the pan w/a piece of square parchment paper I cut out, then with cooking spray and flour just to make sure they didn't stick. I also let them cool at least 4 hours and they didn't crumble at all when I removed them.

Recipe sounds yummy --- however the price of fresh raspberry's is out of this world. I'd adapt the recipe to all jam.

Haven't made the recipe, but they do look delicious. BUT, 16 servings out of a 9x9 pan? Not in my kitchen!! Be a little more realistic!
