Hi,The best way to build muscle and gain wehgit for someone with your type of body type is to focus more on eating calorie dense foods such as pasta, breads and cereals. Increase your protein intake only if you start working out.On the topic of working out, if you truly want to gain wehgit and bulk up then you will need to lift wehgits. If you cannot gain access to wehgits from school then see if you can use a buddy's and you can motivate each other to work out. Or just buy a simple bench press and some dumb-bells, barbells and a few wehgits to use at home.Working out will naturally increase your appetite. Also stay away from caffeine as it is a powerful appetite suppressant in large dosages.Also while you are bulking up through diet and wehgit training stop all forms of cardio (if possible) as this will keep your metabolism level very high. So stop until you get some bulk and muscle and then continue again. Or if you absolutely cannot stop cardio then you will need to increase your caloric intake even higher.Hope that helps!
