Used 2 boxes of brownie mix used cherry cola instead of water. Added one additional cream cheese. Added 5oz of dried Cherry Craisins. Brownies need icing so made the icing using cherry cola for the liquid. Wow lots of changes, but it worked.

These look good, but read the reviews first....I also should have deleted this recipe. Trouble is all I have to say. I ended up using the pieces to make Brownie Parfaits w/yogurt. These brownies were a disappointment for sure.

I love chocolate and cherries. I love cherries and cream cheese. However, I did not care for his recipe. I did add more cherries, but the flavor just isn't there. Won't make again!

This recipes awesome, first off just the ultimate brownies are awesome because there like 3 times the thickness of any other brownies and they're more cakelike no matter how many eggs, but i did double the creamcheese filling and put wayy more cherry juice and like 1/4 cup of cherry juice in the brownie mix too! They turned out awesome. I like it if you put most of the brownie on the bottom then the filling and then just enough to mostly cover the top then it really looks likes its swirled! LOVEE IT!

i made these recently and it was definetly missing something. to everyone who recommended almond extract, i think thats where i missed the boat! i'll have to try it with almond extract next time. i also used way more cherries than it called for, so next time i may increase the cream cheese to make it more creamy

The first time I made these I was a bit disappointed too. I thought I would give them a second chance though....but yes to get the "cherry" flavor you need to add more cherries and I added quite a bit of almond extract and they turned out great!

Great recipe, I changed it up a bit though. I used a bag of frozen cheries (thawed of course) and added a little almond extract to the cream cheese to complement the cherry flavor. They were delicious!

My friends and family LOVE these brownies... but I change them up a bit.. I use two boxes of cream cheese, a whole jar of cherries (chopped), and TWO brownie mixes.. a 9x13 box (triple fudge chunk) on bottom and a 8x8 box mix on top.. they are AWESOME!

I love this recipe and so does my family. I find if you use extra cherries and double the recipe to put in a 9x13 pan it is alot better. You can taste the cherries.
