Great Recipe, can be made simpler by just using the Strawberry cake mix instead of the white with the sugar free juice mix. Also, the icing tastes extra sweet due to the almond extract, not bad, but I think with the strawberry in the cake maybe a lemon in the glaze might be much better. This recipe can be tweaked for other occassions. Its a keeper. Also, just dunk the mini cakes into your glaze pot 1 at a time & use your tongs, keep the pot on low heat.
