1
box Betty Crocker Cherry Chip Cake Mix (include ingredients called for on the box)
1
1lb tub Betty Crocker frosting (your choice)
1
6oz Bakers white chocolate bar
1
pack silicone leaf shaped chocolate mold
1
container red nonpareils
1
container green food dye
  1. Preheat oven to 350F for shiny metal or 325F for nonstick pan. Grease fluted bundt pan.
  2. Follow cake mix instructions. Squeeze several drops of green food dye into batter and stir thoroughly. Pour into pan. Bake as directed.
  3. While cake is baking, melt white chocolate bar as indicated on back of the box. Pour melted chocolate in mold and sit in freezer for 10-20 minutes, or until chocolate comes out easily from mold. Paint or drop molds into green food dye to make green leaves.
  4. Squeeze several drops of green food dye into frosting of your choice (I chose white to make sure I got the right shade of green) and stir thoroughly.
  5. After cake has cooled and has been removed from the bundt pan, frost the icing onto the top and sides of the cake. Add the green chocolate leaves and sprinkle red nonpareils for the effect of a holly wreath.
  6. Enjoy this delicious cake that looks like a wreath inside and out!
