This cheesecake was to die for. The only change I made was the cherries. My local grocery didn't have the dark sweet frozen cherries so I used cherry pie filling. (The can with the extra cherries so it wouldn't just be the cherry juice but more cherries) It was simple and delicious. I gave two pieces to a neighbor and she said it was better than cheesecake factory.
