I used to make crepes a lot in the past. This is great for those hot days here in TX where the heat is over 100 many days of summer. I might serve with a Mornay sauce or a small jar of commercial,cheesy alfredo sauce - Heat and add just a splash of prepared mustard, blend well and heat. Top after baking with very warm topping.
