This was just ok. I didn't use peppers b/c they give my husband heartburn, so I just diced up a large onion. For the garlic/pepper blend - couldn't find that at the local grocer so I mixed 1/4 tsp. garlic powder and 1/4 tsp. black pepper. Also for the potatoes I used 1 can of sliced potatoes. Even though I didn't go exactly by the recipe I think we got a good idea of what the recipe entails, and tastes like. Might make it again someday but won't be a regular around here.
