These were very good, even my daughter who doesn't like potatoes ate them and loved them. Instead of the garlic I chopped up a small onion it blended well with the ham and gave great flavor!

This recipe was delicious and super easy, but I will par boil the potatoes first. It took way to long for them to become tender.

I love this recipe, but I tweeked it a bit. I added 2C frozen peas, used unpealed Yukon gold potatoes, Ghee instead of butter, 3C Honey baked ham, and finished it in a 350° oven till the cheese was melted. Thanks.
