9: cups Corn Chex®, Rice Chex® or Wheat Chex® cereal (or combination)

2: cups bite-size pretzel twists

2: cups bite-size cheese crackers

3: tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

1: package (1 oz) ranch dressing and seasoning mix

1/2: cup grated Parmesan cheese

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 In large microwavable bowl, mix cereal, pretzels and crackers. In small microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 30 seconds or until melted. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated. Stir in dressing mix and cheese until evenly coated.
2 Microwave uncovered on High 3 minutes, stirring each minute. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.

Sorry, but I won't be making this one again or I'll leave the cheese off. The cheese is doesn't stay on the mix and the after taste isn't very pleasant.

Everyone loves this mix! It is so easy! I make it in a large bowl, melt the butter sepratly and alternate: pouring butter, mix, add some cheese and dry ranch, mix and add more butter... etc. Much easier than microwaving a large batch or baking on the stove. Also- I add cheerios and parmesean garlic cheese-its. YUM!

I made this for a Halloween party this year. Boy did it go over well! Both adults and kids just loved it. I loved it 'cause it was so easy and quick to make! Kudos to whoever came up with this one!
