This was absolutely delicious. Took mine to the potluck and it was gone. Was told several times that the red peppers and green onions "made the dish." Delicious and highly recommend.

I found this recipe about a year ago, and I am asked to make it everytime we have a family function. It is great for a large gathering because it doubles very well. All I ever take home is an empty container.

Love these!! Super easy to make and a real crowd pleaser. Had never made them this way before, but I think I like these better than any other recipes I have tried. Wasn't real sure about the red peppers at first, but they really added something extra to it... yum will make again and again!!

Very good. I maybe would cook it longer (about 45-50 mins). It seemed the potatoes weren't soft enough. But very tasty and creamy - perfect for a cold night!

I made this last night and everyone loved it. It was super easy and delicious. I did have trouble finding the julienne potatoe mix, so I substituted it with the scalloped potatoe mix and it was still great.
