I made this for Thanksgiving instead of the Classic Green Bean Casarole. My Family loved it. It does make a lot. I think it could easily be cut in half.

This was just "ok". May have been my fault b/c I didn't use the poblano (?) peppers. Used chopped green chilies instead and probably should've used more. Would've been better with slightly more "kick" to it.
