FABULOUS!!! Although I made a few changes for our family... I skipped the rice completely - and I used the Jolly Green Giant Frozen Broc. Cauli. & Carrots in Cheese Sauce... Plus I used a whole bag of Italian Style Meatballs and a bag or two of the veggies!!! Plus more milk/half&half to make it creamier!!! It makes a huge batch...but we love it sooooooooo much that it is gone before you know it!!! Super Yummy!!! =)

My son loved this but my husband and I were not fans. However, I may try this again and use less rice or try with noodles. Would have preferred more cheese sauce.

I loved this recipe, I was pleasantly surprised how comforting it was! I'm not a huge fan of frozen cheese sauced vegetables, but this was great! I will definitely make again.

I had some leftover meatloaf sitting my fridge when I received this recipe in my mailbox. I figured "Why not?" Cooked it up and my kids asked for seconds! They never ask for seconds unless it's pizza rolls. I definately give it a thumbs up.

This is a very easy, quick recipe! Dinner was on the table less than an hour after walking in the front door. It tastes great and is very filling. It''s also verastile. You can use Green Giant''s broccoli & cheese or cauliflower & cheese if you have any carrot-haters in the family. This will be a keeper in my recipe box.
