Made this tonight for dinner...with lemon paper seasoning instead of garlic pepper. Was decent but seemed to be missing something on the pork chops. Potatoes were really good.

I made these the other night, the pork chops were very tender and juicy! My husband loved the potatoes so much, that he has requested that I make them with other meats!!!
