Ingredients

1: can (10.2 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (5 biscuits)

2: teaspoons olive or canola oil

2: cloves garlic, finely chopped

2: tablespoons chopped fresh or 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves

5: tablespoons shredded fresh Parmesan cheese

Directions

1 Heat oven to 350°F. On cookie sheet, place biscuits 3 inches apart. Press or roll each into 4-inch round.
2 Brush tops of biscuits with oil. Sprinkle with garlic, basil and cheese.
3 Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

My family and I loved the cheesy herb biscuits. They were delicious. It was a very simple recipe, not at all complicated and cooks in a short amount off time. I could not find Parmesan cheese in my local grocery store so I used Swiss cheese instead and they were great!
