My family really enjoyed this casserole! The only substitution I made was using regular shredded cheddar cheese instead of the spicy cheese. I also added chopped olives on the top since we like them. Next time I think I will serve this with a side of sour cream.

This is delicious.. It is a hit with everyone that has the chance to taste it because it never lasts very long. I never have leftovers and everyone wants the recipe after I make. Great dish for anyone and anyone can make it. AWESOME!!!!

This was a big hit at my house. I made it mild and then some of us spiced it up with stronger salsa/taco sauce on top!!! i also added xtra cheese for the kids.

This came out really good, but instead of using fresh tomatoes, i used some diced can tomatoes with green chiles. really gave it an extra kick. It was completely polished off.
