My family is sometimes hard to please but we all loved this, I did use the mild green enchilada sauce instead of the red as well.

My husband and I really enjoy the flavors in the recipe. I am not a fan of the red enchilada sauce, so I love it with the mild green enchilada sauce. I don't enjoy the soggy corn tortillas,so next time I will try the flour tortillas and maybe some crushed tortilla chips on the top.

I have a question about the green onions. Which one do I get the mexican green onions that has the ball at the bottom or the regular green onions? Please let me know I want to make this for the family.

My whole family loved this recipe. I could not find the southwest dip, but used ranch and chili powder instead. It was delicious! I had to add this to our "rotation".

This is so easy to make and so good! I love the texture of the corn tortillas vs. flour ones which to me just wind up tasting like noodles. If I am unable to find the southwest dip I make my own with ranch dip or dressing and 1 T of taco seasoning. It is delicious.

My family really liked this lasagna! Mine was a bit too saucey -- I saw the '16 oz container' and put the whole thing in! Why couldn't you use an 8 oz. container?? Just silly, but it caused me some confusion. We prefer flour tortilla, so that's what I used. I'll definitely make this again -- with just 8 oz. of dip! Try it!

The posted prep time was a little daunting, but took me less time than anticipated. I made mine using the substitution of the packet of taco seasoning mix and sour cream. Two thumbs up from my fiancee', says he definitely wants me to make it again. Overall prep was easy and the pieces of the casserole cut cleanly and looked beautiful on the plate.
