Great recipe however I added about 1/2 cup of black beans to add to the flavor and the beans also make the dish a lot healthier.

An easier way to make these!! Soften the tortillas in the microwave for a few seconds, then fill just 1/2 of the tortilla and fold the other half over! This makes flipping them over so much easier. You can use larger tortillas too with the same method, cut into 1/4's and serve!

I make mine similarly, I put chicken and cheese the the middle, along with a small amount of a taco ranch sauce (ranch and taco sauce)in the middle and additional sauce on the side.

Made these the other night for my husband and he really enjoyed them. The Ranch dressing makes them taste good. A little tricky trying to turn the tortillas over to brown but worth trying. Making them tonight for the whole family.
