I tried this one with leftover rotisserie chicken. It had a really good flavor, but the only thing is that the recipe as is tends to be dry. I will definitely try this one again, but will add a can of chicken broth to the mixture before baking, and a little more of the salsa. Very tasty.

Excellent Dish!! I had some left over chicken breast from another BC receipe and I decided to try this one. I used a can of pinto beans with jalepenos which added a lot... it wasn't too spicy at all. I also substituted shredded cheddar cheese as we don't like processed cheese.... worked great! I topped it with the suggested toppings, sour cream and sliced black olives. I will definitely make this one again!

I was looking for something to cook that was effortless but tasty and this was it. I like to cook, but when you live in AZ and the temps are in the triple digets you want to keep cooking to a minimal and simple. Thank you!
