It was very good. The parmesan cheese really added flavor. I used cooked turkey instead of the chicken because that's what I had on hand. I would make this again.

A great way to use up left over veggies! I was uncertain what chicken and egg would taste like together, it was good. Easy to put together, simple, nice for a week night meal.

Very quick and easy to make. Many substitutions available for leftover veggies. Use egg substitutes when concerned about cholesterol.
