Cheesy Bow Ties and Broccoli Alfredo
cups uncooked bow-tie (farfalle) pasta (6 oz)
bag (24 oz) Value Size frozen broccoli & three cheese sauce
cup roasted red bell peppers, sliced (from 7.25-oz jar)
teaspoon dried basil leaves
container (10 oz) refrigerated Alfredo pasta sauce
tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease or spray 2-quart casserole. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Cook frozen broccoli as directed on bag.
In greased casserole, mix all ingredients except basil. Cover.
Bake about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with basil just before serving.
Try any shaped pasta in this dish--rotini, mostaccioli, penne or orecchiette.
