This is great! I added some chicken to it and instead of using the vegetable cheese mix I use salsa con queso cheese for extra flavor and frozen broccoli. My kids love it too!

Overall a good recipe. Kid friendly. Could use a little more flavor (possibly even just some salt and pepper). Also would add some grated Parmesan cheese for a little more depth to the cheese flavor.
