can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

cups Cascadian Farm® premium organic mixed vegetables (from 16-oz bag), thawed

tablespoons shredded Gruyère cheese
  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, beat ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup Gruyère cheese, the milk, eggs, Italian seasoning and salt with whisk.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters; add to cheese mixture and stir to coat. Stir in vegetables. Spoon into baking dish. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Gruyère cheese.
  4. Bake uncovered 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
