Really great! I made this dinner for 4. By the time I got a chance to eat, I was lucky there was any left for me. This will definitely become a regular.

Delicious and easy. My family loves it. Make it again and again. Left overs are great too.

This is one of our new favorite recipes. I start my rice soaking right away after reading other reviews about it not being done, and I add extra salt (we are terrible saltaholics) and a little extra cheese. Other than that I cook it as is and it is delicious!

This was very good but I made a few changes. I doubled the rice (it will need to cook longer if you do this!) and I used brown rice instead of white. I also used summer squash because I couldn't find zucchini. It was really good that way though! It's not my favorite recipe; but I will make it again. Even my 14 month old ate it right up!

This recipe was good. Not a favorite but good enough to have again and enjoy the leftovers. I made it with brown rice and summer squash since I couldn't find zucchini. The rice was not done at all after just the 50 minutes of baking. I baked it an extra 30 after we had already eaten some and it looks much better and is definitely less soupy looking. I'm sure next time it'll turn out much better! But it still tasted great tonight!

This was delicious! I was in need of a quick recipe and a main dish for a potluck for work. I went to Betty Crocker website and this receipe popped up and I liked all of the ingredients. I tried this for my potluck now everytime there is a potluck everyone wants me to make this as a main dish. I cooked my rice halfway because one of the reviews I read said that the rice was not quite done. Eveything else was really easy. This is a hit for any potluck as a main dish.

This was delicious! I doubled the amount of rice and the zucchini. I had tomato parmesan soup on hand, so thats what I used. Next time I make this, and there will be a next time, I'll use two cans of soup as well.

This was yummy the kids liked it, but without the zuchini. It was easy to make. It wasn't the most amazing dish we've made but it's a keeper. If you like rice you should add more rice than it says.

I made this and thought it was great!! I used Tony Chachare's seasoning instead of salt and pepper, however. I also used brown rice instead of white--and no problem!

Very easy to make. I added a can of diced tomatoes with basil and garlic to add more flavor. Also good with Mozzarella cheese.
