I've made this for my family several times and it's always a big hit. If you're looking for an eggy casserole, you'll probably be disappointed. This is more of an oven-baked pancake. But we like the apple, bacon, and cheese flavors. My only criticism is that it does take a while to prep all the ingredients. And then of course it needs to bake. So if your kids are already pounding their forks on the table, this isn't the recipe to make. On the other hand, if you have the time, this is a very good brunch choice.

I made this for my boyfriend on one of our anniversaries. At first, I was trying to figure out if I liked it or not. Then I ended up getting a second serving! My boyfriend, got a fourth serving! It has such an interesting taste. But we personally like it.

Very disappointing! Way too "bready" and not enough flavor. It was a lot of work as well. Needs more apples and sugar, maybe even some cinnamon and less bread (maybe not a bad idea like someone else said to reduce the amount of Bisquick and add another egg. Will not be making this again either way. Huge flop!
