I'd omit the part about greasing the pan - who ever heard of doing that to make pancakes? But other than that, YUM!

These were delicious!! We didn't get to freeze our cream cheese for 8 hours but it still worked out. I will definitely make these again!

These would have tasted so much better with some sugar, honey, brown sugar, or anything sweet blended into the cream cheese. The syrup wasn't sweet enough to account for the tang of the cream cheese alone.

I love these so much and I have no complaints over the amount of the cream cheese! You just have to know how to evenly distribute the chunks. It also helps if you add in more graham cracker. I'm going to go make some right now yum!!

I couldnt believe how great this tasted. My boyfreind thought it was AMAZING! Its a great saturday morning breakfast in bed suprise. I will suggest though that it is easier to cut the frozen cream cheese with a knife that has been run under warm water.

The whole family loved these!! I did not think cutting up the frozen cream cheese was as difficult as many reviewers said. I used a large butcher knife and was able to chop it up. Will definitely make again but next time will try with low fat cream cheese, light bisquick and skim milk and see if it's still as good.
