these are so cute and easy to make. Kids love these. I have used them as a halloween treat and also in my april fools day dinner (that is a day when I cook things that aren't what they seam like a meatloaf made to look like a cake and cupcakes that look like spegetti and meatballs)

All of my halloween guests loved these. They were calling me "Martha Stewert". I used the ideas from previous reviews and mixed velveeta and sharp cheddar. I also used wheat thins stixs for the stems and wheat ritz crackers as the base.

Very Cute! The brand of cheese I used was Merkt's (I found it in the deli section) The container is the type that you would order from school fundraisers.

I loved this idea but couldn't find anything that I like as much as my own cheese spread so, I made my own cheese spread, used this idea... YUM!! Sat each pumpkin on a round vegetable thin cracker. Once again, YUM! Try mixing sharp cheddar with velveeta and a touch of horseradish, or bacon bits. Thanks for the cute idea! This can be used at Thanksgiving too!

I didn't care for these... Neither did my guests. They look very cute but do not taste great.

Good hit at the office but heck if we could find the right cheese product. I ended up using regular chedder cheese spread, which I'm sure left some flavor to be desired. I was tempted to use a white chedder cheese spread for lumina pumpkins... but will get more creative next time.

I've made this recipe twice for our fall party. This year, I used a container of port wine cheddar cheese and made a pumpkin about the size of a baseball. I had fresh basil outside and it made great "leaves." The larger pumpkin was a big hit. We'll be having it for Thanksgiving. Definitely make at least a day or so ahead of time. Serve with crackers and pretzel sticks.

These are easy to make if you use the cheese suggested. Definitely make them ahead of time, even the night before your party. The cheese can be overwhelming so make them small!

These were so cute, and not that diffcult to make. The taste was wonderful!! Did take a little time, but well worth it. Everyone thought they were just the cutest thing, and wonder what I will make for the next party. Thanks for making me look good.
