Quick, easy and delicious. This recipes pleased adults and kiddos alike. In the future may add planned-over cooked chicken to stretch the recipe a bit further. Thank you Betty for another keeper recipe!

AMAZING!!! My husband literally bowed down to my feet after this meal (LITERALLY!) haha, felt like something from a resteraunt.. I will make this again and again. My store didnt sell garlic cream cheese so i used a chive and onion cream cheese and it came out delish! ENJOY! :)

These were by far the best enchiladas I have ever had! I would go a little easier on the green salsa than what the recipe recommends is all... kind of takes over from the rest of the dish. I also substituted spinach artichoke cream cheese...AMAZING

This was a delightful meal. Whole family loved it, very easy to prepare. I made mine with homemade tortillias and 2% milk cheese. No one even know it had zucchini in it.

At first I was hesitant to try this recipe because I've never cooked with a green sauce before. I was so pleasantly surprised to discover that it is extremely tasty, so good in fact that I could've easily eaten the whole pan myself if no one else liked it...however it was an all-around hit. I love this website !
