well, this is delicious. Absolutely delish. I used Feta, and added provolone and mozzarella (I don't think you can go wrong with adding more cheese to a cheese ball). The worchestire (I can't spell that word, sorry) sauce gives it a very full, salty, yummy flavor. I used multip-grain cracker/chips with it and it was awesome!
Tip: Instead of mixing it all in a bowl, refrigerating, and then shaping into a ball, just spoon it into a ball shape after it's mixed, then dump it all into a long piece of plastic wrap. Then Wrap it up into a ball shape, using the plastic to help shape it into a ball form. THEN refrigerate. That way it sets in the shape it's supposed to be in, instead of trying to form it afterward. I'll be making this again for Christmas!
