slices (1 ounce each) Cheddar cheese

slices (1 ounce each) Swiss cheese

medium cucumber, cut into 16 slices

medium tomato, cut into 4 slices

thin slices red onion, if desired
  1. Cut buns horizontally in half. Spread hummus over bottom of each bun.
  2. Fill buns with cheeses, cucumber, tomato and onion.
