Oh, thanks, Ellen. You are too kind. The book is a good read and was cetalinry an education for me. She has a whole book on soup and one on roasting that I may have add to my collection. Tried another recipe of hers last night and it was a success.

excellent biscuits although I made a mistake and added the topping to the actual biscuits before baking. Still turned out great!

I used minced garlic instead of the powder and it was nice. Next time, I will double the rosemary. Very yummy.
