Cheerios™-Banana Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 2 whole-wheat flour tortillas (9 inch)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Cheerios™ cereal
  • 1 medium banana, thinly sliced (1 cup)
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Steps

    Over each tortilla, spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter. Over half of each peanut butter-topped tortilla, sprinkle half of the cereal. Arrange half of the bananas over cereal; drizzle with 1 teaspoon honey.

    Fold tortillas over filling, then cut each in half, making 4 triangles.

  • If you prefer, softened cream cheese can be substituted for the peanut butter.
  • For easy spreading, use the back of a spoon.
