My husband and I have enjoyed this many times since I first prepared it in 5/12/2005. It is easy to assemble, and it is delicious. My only change was to nuke the onions in the microwave, covered loosely with wax paper,for four minutes. My sides were a garden salad and baked zucchini, but I love the options by Betty's web site editor and will try them soon.

This recipe was only okay. I would be fine served on a breakfast/brunch buffet. I would suggest to add a little salt and pepper to the eggs before pouring into dish.

this recipe looks very simple to follow.i enjoy all the ingredients and could swear i could almost smell it.now i just have to figure out what would go along with nummy looking dish,oh,i know,i''ll just continue looking for more of betty''s recipes.thanks betty!!
