What fabulous viedos of Abby! She is a precious child and so filled with love. It was wonderful to see her responses the the viedos people had sent you. I loved hearing her voice. To see her dancing with her daddy was indeed priceless.

My husband and I have enjoyed this many times since I first prepared it in 5/12/2005. It is easy to assemble, and it is delicious. My only change was to nuke the onions in the microwave, covered loosely with wax paper, for four minutes. My sides were a garden salad and baked zucchini, but I love the options by Betty's web site editor and will try them soon.

This recipe was only okay. I would be fine served on a breakfast/brunch buffet. I would suggest to add a little salt and pepper to the eggs before pouring into dish.

May I suggest a few of my favorite serve withs. Grilled or steamed asparagus makes a great side as well as vine-ripened sliced tomatoes. Toss a bag of mixed greens with whatever fruit you have on hand, oranges, melon, berries, sliced pears and a vinaigrette like raspberry. If you like nuts, sprinkle some over the salad. Sliced ham is a welcome addition if youre serving a brunch. If you like to experiment with cheese, use a mixture or try one will dill for an extra flavor twist.
