Cheddar and Green Onion Biscuit Poppers

Enjoy these biscuit poppers made using Original Bisquick® mix, Cheddar cheese and green onions that are ready in 20 minutes - perfect to serve a group.

Ingredients

cups Original Bisquick™ mix
2/3
cup milk
1/2
cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)

medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)

tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 Heat oven to 450°. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Stir Bisquick mix, milk, cheese and onions until soft dough forms.
  • 2 Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
  • 3 Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until golden brown. Brush butter over warm biscuits. Serve with salsa if desired.
