Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (12 lemons)
  • 1 cup orange-flavored liqueur
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup cognac
  • 1/4 cup superfine sugar
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) dry champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
  • Lemon and orange slices, if desired

Steps

    In pitcher, mix lemon juice, orange liqueur, pineapple juice, cognac and sugar. Refrigerate until serving time.
  • 2
    To serve, pour mixture into punch bowl. Stir in champagne. Garnish with lemon and orange slices.
