tablespoons honey

teaspoon ground ginger

teaspoon ground cinnamon

teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1 Heat water to boiling. Add tea bags; reduce heat. Simmer 2 minutes. Remove tea bags. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling.
  • 2 Stir with wire whisk to foam milk. Pour into cups.

I have made this twice, the second time I added cardamom because that is listed on chia tea packages. It tasted more like purchased chia with the cardamom so I would suggest adding it. It is great recipe and very close to the purchased chia mixes. Much cheaper than going to the coffee shop. It is good either hot or iced.
