I have made this 3 x now. Since I am not gifting it, I didn't bother with the layering look on 2nd and 3rd.
It is a very good recipe w/o the Cardamom- it was horribly expensive so I didn't buy it.
2 comments - it takes 1/4 per serving, so the batch does not make very many servings.
I don't think the powdered sugar dissolved very well- so I am going to experiment w/ granulated sugar or sweetener.
I saved quite a few calories by using sugar free creamer- french vanilla was all I was able to find.
