I didn't think I would like cauliflower but wanted to give it a try. This recipe is excellent and I will be making often. I used salted butter, but that is the only change I made.

Its calls for unsalted butter, what if i don't have unsalted butter can I use just regular butter????

This was a delicious recipe! We might have used a little bit more parmesan cheese than listed in the recipe because we sprinkled a little more on top once it was on our plates. Even my husband (who is worse than a kid when it comes to eating vegetables) loved this. We will definitely make this again!
