I think this has potential! But I would want to use the gluten free bisquick in place of flour, any suggestions on that ratio?

These were eatable but did not have the much flavor. They tasted like they needed something. This recipe is not a keeper for me.

This Carrot=Zucchini Muffin was great. I added some walnuts. It taste like Zuccnini bread, but with a carrot zip.It was so simple to make, Instant gratification!
