Honorable Mention - Contest Recipe 2009! Mmm! Bite into cookies that remind you of eating carrot cake smothered in cream cheese frosting. They're made easily from a cookie mix.

these are pretty good! i made my own oatmeal cookie dough from scratch, so mine weren't as sweet as i think they should've been, but they'll be fine once i get the frosting on them! giving them 4 stars since i changed it so much...but they're really good and inspiring! =^^=

These cookies were wonderful!! I did add a little nutmeg and cardamom powder. I also did not frost the cookies, I figured I could eat more :) I also just put the walnuts in the batter. The cookies were so moist and soft. They really do taste like a piece of carrot cake. Thank you for a great recipe!!

These were so simple and I added pecans to my batch and they turned out so delicious! I didn't make the frosting, I bought it already made...same difference. I will be making these again!

I just made these cookies and they are very good, but a little flat. What should I add to "bulk them up" a little. I live in Florida, so the heat and humidity may have had something to do with that. I tried to squeeze most of the water out of the carrots. Any suggestions?

These cookies were a big hit as part of my holiday cookie tray. I did add raisins. My daughter could not stop eating these as she loves carrot cake.
