Here's a new way to enjoy two all-American favorites: barbeque and pizza. Start with Pillsbury refrigerated artisan pizza crust with whole grain and pile on the down-home toppings.
can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated artisan pizza crust with whole grain*
cup Carolina-style barbecue sauce
cup part-skim ricotta cheese
cups shredded cooked chicken
cup sliced red onion
cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese (2 oz)
cup crumbled blue cheese (1 oz)
cup chopped fresh cilantro
Heat oven to 400°F. Grease large cookie sheet. Unroll dough on cookie sheet; starting in center, press dough into 14x12-inch rectangle. Bake 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce and the ricotta cheese; set aside. In medium bowl, toss shredded chicken with remaining 1/2 cup barbecue sauce.
Spread ricotta mixture evenly over partially baked crust. Top with chicken, onion, mozzarella cheese and blue cheese.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges of crust are golden brown. Sprinkle with cilantro. To serve, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.

Coleslaw would be great alongside this pizza, giving a similar flavor of serving coleslaw atop a pulled pork barbecue sandwich.
Substitute shredded pork or beef for the chicken.
