can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated artisan pizza crust with whole grain*

cup Carolina-style barbecue sauce
1/3
cup part-skim ricotta cheese
2 1/2
cups shredded cooked chicken
1/3
cup sliced red onion
1/2
cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese (2 oz)
1/4
cup crumbled blue cheese (1 oz)
1/4
cup chopped fresh cilantro
  1. Heat oven to 400┬░F. Grease large cookie sheet. Unroll dough on cookie sheet; starting in center, press dough into 14x12-inch rectangle. Bake 8 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce and the ricotta cheese; set aside. In medium bowl, toss shredded chicken with remaining 1/2 cup barbecue sauce.
  3. Spread ricotta mixture evenly over partially baked crust. Top with chicken, onion, mozzarella cheese and blue cheese.
  4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges of crust are golden brown. Sprinkle with cilantro. To serve, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.
