I loved these cookies!!! I am a big fan of anything "lime" and they didn't disappoint. I used fresh lime juice and the zest. I sprinkled with a bit of lime green sanding sugar for a festive touch. Brought them to a family picnic & got rave reviews!!

These are so good! I agree that the mix was a little runny but I put it in the fridge for a few minutes and it turned out great. Will definitely make again!

This is a great and easy recipe. I made it for our church cookie sale last summer and it was a spectacular hit. A nice change from the usual choc. chip and other "heavy" cookies. They have already requested more for this year.

I tried this recipe, and it was absolutely delicious! I did not use the powdered sugar on top because they are sweet enough on their own. I grated two limes and also used the juice of both of them as well. I had to debate on whether to use the sweetened or unsweetened coconut, so I bought sweetened. I will definitely be making these again!

Delectable! I made these for an outdoor summer get together with friends. I was amazed at the flavor that these cookies had and also the ease in making them. I followed the reciepe to a "T" and they were perfect!

Yummy! I made these a little smaller and frosted them with green tinted buttercream frosting that I added a little lime juice and zest to. It was a hit at my St. Patty's party. I literally set them on the table and they were gone! Buttery sweet tangy goodness!
