Love this recipe! I marinate the chicken in the oil and seasoning for a few hours before grilling. wonderful!! will make several more times, I'm sure.

I couldn't find the dry seasoning at the store, but I did find a Carribean Jerk Marinade which we used instead. We really love kabobs and really enjoyed these (even my picky little ones). We did make kabobs without the peppers and onions for them. That's the good thing about these. You can make them individually so everyone is happy. Yum!
