One of the best homemade pizzas I've ever made. This was delicious. Made two that week it was so good...and no left overs! the second time around I added mushrooms...yummy.

With caramelized onion, crispy pancetta and lots of cheese, how can you go wrong? My husband and I really liked this pizza but thought that it was a little salty and so, we will omit the salt when we make it again--and we will make it again. Cut into small sqauares, this pizza would great for appetizers.
