Just made these a few hours ago. They are very sweet, I did skip the chocolate drizzle hence the sweetness. Hubby and daughter loved them , my son and I didn't really care for them. I also ended up using mini rolos for the candy center .

I made these little delites last night & had a hard time melting the chips in the microwave. The bag melted before the chips did! I ended up melting them in a coffee cup. These are going out in gift boxes to about 20 families and I'm sure they will be a hit. We absolutely loved them. They were so very easy and fun to make! I used caramel kisses for the centers!

I made these for last year's cookie swap and won for "best looking cookie" and came in second for "best tasting". I love these cookies and they were fairly easy to make...will definitely make again.

Yum, yum,yum. Just made these delicious cookie cups. I lucked out, and saw a commercial where u can buy a bag of Rolos. No unwrapping Rolos. My sons and husband loved them. Very easy.

Just finished making these! How easy and simple and ohhh so good! I done exactly as the directions said and they came out PERFECT! I didnt have any trouble with melting chocolate in microwave. I made these for our ladies fellowship tonight at church!

Very easy and fun to make. My 4 1/2 year old had a blast helping me unwrap the caramels and put them in the cookies. I used rolos and caramel kisses just to mix it up. I did not drizzle chocolate on top because I had a hard time getting the chocolate to melt properly, however, after tasting them I really don't think it needs the extra chocolate...they are very rich. I will definitely make these again, and may try different candy fillings.
